Company Profile

Founded in 1979 under the directorship of Linda and Andrew Hemsley, Instant chimneys has grown from small beginings initially lining chimneys using a pre-formed pumice lining material called Isokern. Over the past 20 years the company has grown and ventured into other areas. In 1979 we invested in our first Putzmeister concrete pump for the instalation of cast in situ chimney linings. In 1990 we pioneered the regular use of Closed Circuit Television for the internal exmination of  flueways prior to work being carried out on the chimneys. Today can offer a complete service from diagnosing and repairing problem chimneys to a full chimney consulation service.
